A new surface coating agent that combines water and oil repellency with lubricity. After coating, it is dried at room temperature to form a highly water- and oil-repellent, lubricious film. The coating film is flexible and is less prone to cracking due to temperature cycles and continues to perform well in harsh environments. Since it is a completely dry type, there is no sticky feeling of oil, and the finish is colorless and transparent to white and translucent, making it inconspicuous and can be used for exterior parts.
